ISHERI OLOFIN LOSES OBA Wahab Ayinde Balogun TO DEATH

The death has been announced of His Royal Majesty, Oba Wahab Ayinde Balogun of Isheri Olofin. The respected monarch whose reign is about 37 years on the throne died yesterday night.

The late first class Oba and paramount ruler of Isheri Olofin,, who died at the ripe age of 95-year-old who was once the Chairman, Alimosho Council of Obas. Isheri Olofin, we gathered, has been existing for over 600 years with two ruling houses initially producing Bales and Obas, which later increased to four, made of Oyekanmi, Olanwa, Abisua and Olaigbo.
Only three years ago, the the then 93 year old had an elaborate 35 years celebration on the throne.
