“If anything happens to me, hold Sanwo-Olu responsible” – Uche Maduagwu speaks after being allegedly harassed by thugs
Controversial Nigerian actor, Uche Maduagwu took to his social media page to lament after he was allegedly harassed by hoodlums.
The actor believed he was attacked for his post berating Lagos state governor, Sanwo-Olu, for his reaction to the panel of inquiry’s report on the Lekki Toll Gate shooting.
Recall that Uche Maduagwu had in an Instagram post advised Governor Sanwo-Olu to “tender his resignation” after he clamored for a “peace walk” as part of measures to heal the state following the October 20, 2020, Lekki tollgate shooting incident.
The actor in another post has said that the governor should be held responsible should anything happen to him. According to him, he was harassed by armed area boys and security officials over his initial statement.

“Nobody is above the law, and speaking the gospel truth is part of my constitutional Right as law abiding citizen of Nigeria. Over the last few hours security officials have harassed me for asking our dear Governor to do the needful and humbly resign over his role in the MASSACRE of unarmed innocent EndSars protesters at Lekki toll gate by the military e INVITED”. He wrote.
