BREAKING: 20 Killed, 30 Injured, As Boko Haram Bombers Attack Viewing Centre In Borno
Not less than 20 people have died and about 30 more critically injured after Boko Haram suicide detonated at a viewing centre in Konduga, Borno state.
Few days ago, the insurgents also attacked a military location at Kareto village in the Mobbar Local Government Area of Borno State, killing the Commanding Officer of 158 Battalion, and an undisclosed number of soldiers.
According to SaharaReporters, a military source said the suicide bombers, a male and female, detonated their Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at the viewing center/joint opposite a clinic in Mandarari ward, Konduga local government area at about 9:15 pm.
Another bomber (female) whose IED failed to detonate was apprehended and handed over to the Nigerian Army.
