Transfer: Van de Beek leaves in €500k deal, Man Utd terminate coach’s contract

Donny van de Beek has officially left Manchester United to join Girona in Spain.

The LaLiga club will pay €500,000 fixed fee plus several add-ons for Van de Beek.

According to football transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, there are “Easy add-ons to bring fee up to €4/5m plus extra add-ons can make it €15m.

“Contract until June 2028. #MUFC will also have sell-on clause.”

Another departure from Old Trafford is Erik ten Hag’s assistant coach, Mitchell van der Gaag.

Gaag leaves United following Ruud van Nistelrooy’s arrival.

“Ten Hag’s assistant Mitchell van der Gaag leaves Man Utd as contract will be terminated.

“Ruud van Nistelrooy’s arrival, 100% confirmed,” Romano tweeted.
