Abia Warriors lead race for Ogbuagu’s signature

Nigeria Premier Football League side, Abia Warriors are leading the race to sign defender, Emmanuel Ogbuagu.

According to reports, Ogbuagu is also wanted by Shooting Stars, Enyimba, Katsina United and Plateau United.

Abia Warriors are understood to have shown concrete interest in the player.

Ogbuagu turned down the chance to extend his contract with Sunshine Stars.

He registered two goals for the Owena Waves last season.

Ogbuagu’s move is expected to be finalised before the end of the week.
